2. Pre-launch waitlist

Epita is currently in a pre-launch phase. Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation, payment, or promise of future service. We may change, postpone, or cancel the Epita project at any time. If we do, we will notify you and delete your waitlist data.

3. Your account and data

When you join the waitlist, you provide us with your name and email address. You confirm that this information is accurate and that you are the rightful owner of the email address provided. You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information to the waitlist;
• Use the website to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content;
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the website's security;

All content on the Epita website — including text, imagery, design, logos, and the name "Epita" — is the property of Epita Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the website without our written consent.

The Epita website and any pre-launch communications are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of any information presented, or the eventual launch of any specific product feature described here.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epita and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or waitlist. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which, during the waitlist phase, is zero).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.
